I just love this dragon outfit that Jeff's sister Charlotte got for Larry. He thought it was fun to rock in his rocking chair.
Today, our friends Ruth and Roland moved back from vicarage, so daddy went and helped while mommy and Larry went to the re-sell it shop and to the food-bank. Larry rode on my hip in the hip-hammock and did really well. After Larry woke up from his nap, he had a grilled cheese sandwich (courtesy of mommy). Then playtime and another nap. I'm not sure he's sleeping so well up there at daycare, so I think he compensates with longer naps on the weekend. Good for getting things done, but bad for spending time with my baby.

Oh Boy, My mom just sent a couple of pictures from our trip to Arkansas. The one of Larry and his cousin Jace together just makes me want to cry. They had a really good time together and Jace took Larry's new truck for a test spin and made sure everything was in working order. It was nice because I pretty much hung out at my mom's and everyone came out throughout the day to see us.
I just realized in the one picture of Jace holding Larry, Larry looks a little like the monster guy from the Goonies. What was his name? Great. Now I'm gonna have to look it up. :-)

Hi All! We made it back from Arkansas ok! Larry was so good on the plane (de plane, de plane!). One of the flight attendants stopped by to say what a good baby he was. I must make it look easy because I was so busy stuffing cherrieos into him and exchanging toys that it seemed like a lot of work to me. Oh, well. We had a very good time. Larry got a lot of nice prizes for his birthday including a Ride and Haul truck that he can push and ride on. There were three buttons on it.
1) The key button (of course makes the noise like the truck is starting)
2) The horn button (honks the horn)
3) The ! button ( I kid you not) I'm thinking the birdie button? No, it makes the noise like when a truck backs up. :-)
My mom took lots of pictures, but unfortunately, they need to be developed. But she's already on that! Yea!
Larry has a rash right now and was really cranky today at daycare, so I had to go and get him. and then pay $20 to go to the dr. so that she could tell me it's a virus and give me note so that he can return to daycare. :-( Oh, well it should clear up in a couple of days.

Hi again! I just wanted everybody to get a look at our boy trying to feed himself. This is about how it went. He got that stuff everywhere, but we weren't too worried...it was bath night. We haven't been sleeping too good, it might be becauase Da is out of town (camping with the Zion youth). Also, Larry moved up to the bigger babies class at daycare. Mommy is a nervous wreck, Larry is doing fine. They feed them lunch in this class, so this means that I have to watch the menu to make sure Larry is ready for whatever they're going to dish up. Looks ready to me. Whadda you think? -Julie
